This generator gives hot air up to 700oC with dust particles below 40 micron size plants and replaces expensive lpg/lod/fo/ng. These plants give out fresh clean hot air to the process up to 450oC. The temperature achieved with our automated plant is not better but equivalent to your present firing system. These plants are set up out side factory premises and clean hot air is conveyed to the processes. These plants can easily operate on any of the low cost solid fuel available locally. Overall thermal efficiency is over 80%.
